6月14日下午，国防部新闻局副局长、国防部新闻发言人张晓刚大校就近期涉军问题发布消息。
记者：据报道，菲方否认菲士兵枪指中国海警船，声称“马德雷山”号船上的人员为自卫将武器握在手中。此外，菲方声称仙宾礁出现小规模填海造陆活动，解放军近期派出1艘气垫艇、1架飞机在该海域组织演习。请问对此有何评论？
Question: It’s reported that the Philippine side denied that its soldiers pointed guns at China Coast Guard vessels and said that personnel stationed aboard the BRP Sierra Madre only held on to their weapons to defend themselves. 张晓刚：包括仁爱礁、仙宾礁在内的南沙群岛是中国固有领土，中方在自己管辖海域维权执法正当合理，中方已对此反复阐明原则立场。事实上，是菲方在仁爱礁问题上背信弃义、“玩火”滋事、激化矛盾，还贼喊捉贼，捏造散布仙宾礁虚假信息，妄图掩盖其侵权挑衅行径。这充分说明，菲方才是名副其实的地区“和平破坏者”和“不稳定制造者”。中方始终保持高度戒备，继续采取一切必要措施，坚决反制菲方升级事态的危险行径。
